3Ds Max & SketchUp Trainer
Job Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on online classes in advanced architectural modeling, photorealistic material creation, lighting setups, and interior/exterior rendering using both 3ds Max and SketchUp.

Educational Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Animation, Interior Design, or Architecture.
Experience Requirements
3+ years in 3ds Max and SketchUp visualization with V-Ray or Corona.
Additional Requirements
Must have a personal laptop/desktop capable of running engineering software, high-speed stable internet connection, and good audio/video setup for remote collaboration and online classes. Strong communication skills are essential.
