Estimation & Costing Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Perform detailed Quantity Takeoff (QTO) from 2D drawings and 3D BIM models remotely using Navisworks, CostX, and MS Excel. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, tender documentation, and cost variance estimates.

Educational Requirements
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience Requirements
3+ years experience in quantity surveying, BIM costing, and civil project estimation.
Additional Requirements
Must have a personal laptop/desktop capable of running engineering software, high-speed stable internet connection, and good audio/video setup for remote collaboration and online classes. Strong communication skills are essential.
