Conduct high-level, interactive online training sessions focused on advanced BIM workflows, targeting aspiring BIM Coordinators, Managers, and senior engineering students.

Deliver an extensive curriculum covering the complete BIM lifecycle, including 3D modeling (Revit), 4D scheduling (Navisworks/Synchro), 5D cost estimation, and BIM for Facility Management (7D).

Train students on establishing and managing Common Data Environments (CDE) using platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) and Trimble Connect.

Teach strategic BIM implementation, including drafting BIM Execution Plans (BEP), understanding Level of Development (LOD 100-500) specifications, and adhering to global BIM standards (ISO 19650).

Guide students through advanced multi-disciplinary clash detection, coordination meetings, and automation using Dynamo or Python for Revit.

Evaluate complex, real-world capstone projects, provide executive-level feedback, and mentor students on career advancement in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

Master’s degree (M.Arch, M.Tech, or MS) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.

Note: Extensive, high-level industry experience as a BIM Manager or VDC (Virtual Design and Construction)  will be strongly considered in lieu of a Master's degree.

Minimum of 5-8 years of professional, hands-on experience in BIM Management, VDC Coordination, or large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects.

Expert-level proficiency in the Autodesk AEC Collection (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Civil 3D) and familiarity with openBIM (IFC workflows).

Prior experience training corporate teams, delivering guest lectures, or mentoring senior professionals is highly preferred.

Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent industry certifications are a strong advantage.
