Hiring Part-Time Online ANSYS Trainer
Job Responsibilities
Conduct engaging, live online training sessions focusing on engineering simulation, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) using ANSYS Workbench.
Develop and deliver curriculum covering static structural analysis, thermal analysis, modal analysis, and fluid flow simulations.
Teach students essential pre-processing steps, including geometry preparation (DesignModeler/SpaceClaim), advanced meshing techniques, and the application of accurate boundary conditions and loads.
Guide students in post-processing to correctly interpret solver results, such as stress, strain, deformation, and heat transfer plots.
Evaluate student assignments, provide constructive feedback on their simulation projects, and help them build professional Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) portfolios.
Troubleshoot basic software and installation issues for students during sessions.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a closely related field.
Note: Exceptional practical industry experience in FEA/CFD analysis will be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years of professional hands-on industry experience as a CAE Analyst or Simulation Engineer using ANSYS.
Strong foundational knowledge of solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and the theoretical principles of the Finite Element Method (FEM).
Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (online or offline) is highly preferred.
A strong portfolio demonstrating complex simulation projects and detailed engineering analysis reports.
Additional Requirements
Location: Must be a resident of India. We are targeting candidates pan-India.
Technical Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection and a high-performance PC/laptop capable of running heavy ANSYS simulations and meshing operations while screen-sharing on Zoom/Google Meet.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional languages as a plus) to explain complex mathematical and physics concepts clearly.
Soft Skills: Patience, high energy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Availability: Must be able to commit to 6-8 hours per week, with flexibility to teach during evenings or weekends.
Benefits & Perks
100% Remote: Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in India.
Flexible Schedule: Choose teaching hours that fit around your full-time engineering job or freelance projects.
Skill Enhancement: Reinforce your own software and analytical mastery by teaching it to others.
Networking: Connect with aspiring mechanical engineers and CAE analysts across the country.
