Conduct engaging, live online training sessions focused on architectural post-production and visualization using Adobe Photoshop.

Teach students how to transform raw 3D renders into photorealistic, market-ready imagery for client presentations and marketing.

Guide students through advanced post-production techniques, including compositing render elements, utilizing blend modes (multiply, screen), and placing cutouts (people, vegetation) with accurate contact shadows.

Instruct on essential workflows like color grading with the Camera Raw filter, texture swapping via perspective warp, sky replacement, and atmospheric effects to enhance visual storytelling.

Evaluate student projects, provide constructive feedback on composition, lighting, and realism, and help them build standout visualization portfolios.

Develop and update training materials, raw base renders, and hands-on practice files for students to follow along with non-destructive editing workflows.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related field.

Note: Exceptional architectural visualization portfolios and practical industry experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, Architectural 3D Artist, or Post-Production Specialist.

Mastery of Adobe Photoshop specifically tailored for architectural render post-production (working with base renders from V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or SketchUp).

Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (online or offline) is highly preferred.

A strong portfolio showcasing clear "before and after" examples of raw renders transformed through Photoshop.

Location: Must be a resident of India. We are targeting candidates pan-India.

Technical Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection and a powerful PC/laptop capable of handling heavy Photoshop files seamlessly while screen-sharing on Zoom/Google Meet.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional languages as a plus) to explain complex artistic and technical concepts clearly.

Soft Skills: Patience, an eye for detail, and a passion for teaching digital art and visualization.

Availability: Must be able to commit to 6-8 hours per week, with flexibility to teach during evenings or weekends.
