Deliver engaging flexible remote online training sessions focusing on NX CAM for CNC programming and manufacturing toolpath generation.

Develop and update training materials covering essential NX CAM concepts, including CAM setup, 2.5-axis and 3-axis milling, multi-axis machining, turning operations, and toolpath creation.

Teach students how to effectively perform machining simulation, collision detection, and CNC program (G-code) generation.

Evaluate student assignments, provide constructive feedback on their machining and CNC programming projects, and guide them in building professional portfolios.

Troubleshoot basic software and installation issues for students during sessions.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.

Note: Exceptional practical industry experience in CNC programming and CAM will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional hands-on industry experience using Siemens NX CAM in mechanical engineering and manufacturing projects.

Proficiency with G-code and familiarity with various CNC machine tools is crucial.

Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (online or offline) is highly preferred.

A strong portfolio demonstrating accurate toolpaths and successful CNC programming projects.

Location: Must be a resident of India. We are targeting candidates pan-India.

Technical Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a high-performance computer capable of running the software smoothly, and a good quality microphone/webcam.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional languages as a plus) to teach students effectively.

Soft Skills: Patience, high energy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Availability: Must be able to commit to 6 -8 hours per week, with flexibility to teach during evenings or weekends.
