Conduct engaging, live online training sessions for students on 3D modeling using SketchUp and photorealistic rendering using Lumion and/or Enscape.

Develop and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on practice exercises tailored to various skill levels (beginner to advanced).

Evaluate student projects, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in building professional portfolios.

Troubleshoot basic software and installation issues for students during sessions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates, features, and industry best practices in architectural visualization.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a closely related field.

Note: Exceptional portfolios and practical experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience using SketchUp and Lumion/Enscape for architectural or interior design visualization.

Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (online or offline) is highly preferred.

A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D models and realistic renders.

Location: Must be a resident of India. We are targeting candidates pan-India.

Technical Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection and a powerful PC/laptop capable of smoothly running rendering software while screen-sharing on Zoom/Google Meet.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional languages as a plus) to explain complex technical concepts easily.

Soft Skills: Patience, high energy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Availability: Must be able to commit to 6- 8  hours per week, with flexibility to teach during evenings or weekends.
