Conduct engaging, live online training sessions focusing on SolidWorks for 3D mechanical design and product development.

Develop and deliver curriculum covering 3D parametric modeling, complex assemblies, 2D engineering drawings, sheet metal design, weldments, and surface modeling.

Guide students through real-world industrial projects, teaching them design intent, rendering (SolidWorks Visualize), and basic simulation techniques.

Evaluate student assignments, provide constructive feedback on their design projects, and help them build professional mechanical design portfolios.

Troubleshoot basic software and installation issues for students during sessions.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a closely related field.

Note: Exceptional portfolios and practical industry experience in mechanical design will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional hands-on industry experience using SolidWorks in product design, machine design, or manufacturing.

Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (online or offline) is highly preferred.

Official Dassault Systèmes certifications (such as CSWA, CSWP, or CSWE) are a strong plus.

A strong portfolio demonstrating robust parametric models, complex assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings.

Location: Must be a resident of India. We are targeting candidates pan-India.

Technical Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection and a powerful PC/laptop capable of smoothly running SolidWorks while screen-sharing on Zoom/Google Meet.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional languages as a plus) to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.

Soft Skills: Patience, high energy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Availability: Must be able to commit to 6-8 hours per week, with flexibility to teach during evenings or weekends.
