Conduct engaging, live online training sessions focusing on structural analysis and design using Bentley STAAD.Pro.

Develop and deliver curriculum covering 3D structural modeling, assigning properties, applying boundary conditions, and running static and dynamic finite element analysis.

Teach students how to accurately generate and apply gravity, wind, and seismic loads in accordance with Indian Standard (IS) codes (e.g., IS 456, IS 800, IS 1893, IS 875).

Guide students through the design of reinforced concrete (RCC) and structural steel buildings, as well as interpreting post-processing results, bending moment diagrams, and shear force diagrams.

Evaluate student assignments, provide constructive feedback on their structural analysis reports, and help them build professional portfolios.

Troubleshoot basic software and installation issues for students during sessions.

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field.

Note: Exceptional practical industry experience in structural design will be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional hands-on industry experience as a Structural Engineer using STAAD.Pro for building and framework design.

Strong theoretical knowledge of structural mechanics, reinforced concrete design, and steel detailing.

Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (online or offline) is highly preferred.

A strong portfolio demonstrating complex structural analysis projects and detailed design reports.

Location: Must be a resident of India. We are targeting candidates pan-India.

Technical Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection and a powerful PC/laptop capable of running structural analysis simulations while screen-sharing on Zoom/Google Meet.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional languages as a plus) to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.

Availability: Must be able to commit to 6-8 hours per week, with flexibility to teach during evenings or weekends.
