Conduct engaging, live online training sessions for students and professionals on 3D structural modeling and detailing using Tekla Structures.

Develop and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on practice exercises covering structural steel detailing, reinforced concrete (RC), and precast elements.

Teach students how to generate fabrication-ready General Arrangement (GA) drawings, shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and material lists from 3D models.

Evaluate student projects (such as connection designs and CNC data exports), provide constructive feedback, and guide them in building professional portfolios.

Troubleshoot basic software and installation issues for students during sessions.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field.

Note: Exceptional portfolios and practical industry experience in structural detailing will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Tekla Modeler or Steel Detailer.

Hands-on experience working with Indian standards (IS codes) and/or international standards (AISC, BS) for steel and concrete structures.

Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (online or offline) is highly preferred.

A strong portfolio demonstrating accurate fabrication-ready drawings and structural BIM models.

Location: Must be a resident of India. We are targeting candidates pan-India.

Technical Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection and a powerful PC/laptop capable of smoothly running Tekla Structures while screen-sharing on Zoom/Google Meet.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi/regional languages as a plus) to explain complex structural concepts easily.
