Provide professional counseling services to students, guiding them on course selection, career paths, and skill development based on their interests and career goals.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group workshops to help students make informed decisions about their educational and career choices.
Follow up with students regarding their progress, challenges, and feedback during and after course completion.
Collaborate with the admissions team to identify potential students and provide information about various CAD courses offered by CADDEX.
Help manage inquiries and provide course details, information on career outcomes, and necessary prerequisites for enrolling.
Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions, student progress, and feedback to provide continuous support and track performance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Any additional certification in career counseling or guidance is a plus.
Candidates with prior experience in educational counseling, especially in technical courses, are preferred.
Freshers with a passion for student counseling and career guidance can apply.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar counseling role, preferably in educational or career counseling.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
Proficiency in handling counseling software or CRM tools to manage student data is a plus.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple inquiries.
Flexibility to work across different locations in India as per business requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to assess students’ needs and recommend suitable courses and career paths.
Must go through a basic evaluation round and interview to assess counseling skills and communication abilities.
