What are the policies regarding attendance and participation | CADDEX India
1. Minimum Attendance Requirement
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in both theory and practical sessions.
- Failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification from final assessments or certification.
- Attendance is monitored through biometric, online login, or manual registers depending on batch mode.
2. Late Arrival & Absence
- Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be marked absent for the session.
- Three consecutive unapproved absences will lead to a warning from the academic coordinator.
- Medical or emergency leave must be informed in advance via email to support@caddexindia.com.
3. Participation in Class
- Active participation is expected in live discussions, project work, and Q&A sessions.
- Students must complete assignments and project submissions on time to maintain academic standing.
- Disruptive behavior, excessive absenteeism, or non-responsiveness in online classes may lead to disciplinary action.
4. Online Class Etiquette
- Students must log in on time using their registered email ID and maintain decorum during sessions.
- Video and mic settings must follow instructor guidelines for each session.
- Sharing login credentials or recording sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Make-Up Classes
- Missed sessions can be covered through recorded lectures or by attending alternate batches (subject to approval).
- Make-up requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Disciplinary Consequences
- Repeated violation of attendance or conduct policies may lead to suspension or removal from the course.
- No refund will be issued in such cases.
